CLC, Inc. takes pride in offering a Welding Training Program designed to shape skilled welders within an 8-week timeframe. Established in 2007, the program is led by the experienced instructor Will Gray, with a maximum class size of 18 students.
Elite Welding Academy offers a range of welding programs designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills for success in the welding industry. Their commitment to personalized attention, comprehensive training, and industry-specific programs aims to prepare students for a fulfilling career in welding.
Throughout the program, students will master a range of crucial skills. This includes safety practices, measurements, interpreting blueprints, and understanding welding symbols. Additionally, participants will gain proficiency in oxy-fuel cutting, carbon-arc gouging, plasma cutting, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes. The curriculum ensures that graduates possess the necessary skills for entry-level welding roles in the industry, with a CLC, Inc. certification (AWS D1.1) included.
The program is divided into three parts. The first segment, W-100, covers orientation, basic engineering knowledge, and skills over one-third of the course. The second part, W-101, delves into cutting and welding for two-thirds of the course. The final part, W-102, focuses on production simulation, completing the comprehensive 8-week training.
